Looks like it.

You could keep him for a while, it's easier to tell if they're bigger. Young ones are often more grayish olive-green but some of the adults are really pretty.

Million Gum, a South Africa man swims in a river full of crocodile everyday. He is not afraid because according to him, once he flashes his naked bum at the crocodiles, they go away. He calls it bum swimming.

"I’m the king of the bum swim," he laughs and demonstrates by diving into the water and sticking his naked bum in the air.

The 30-year-old from Mhinga Village in Malamulele, Limpopo said he’s been swimming in the Luvuvhu River for five years. The rivers in the area are known to have many crocodiles and many locals have lost their lives in the dark water.

"The crocodiles are scared of me! When I jump into the water and realise that the crocodiles want to attack me, I just show them my bum and they move away. I then carry on with my famous bum swim." he told Daily Sun
He said people who come to the river enjoy watching him. On Wednesday afternoon the SunTeam saw Million playing in the river. He floated with his head and upper body underwater like a drowned person. He then disappeared under the water and after a short-time only his bum appeared. George Matiyani, headman of the Mhinga Tribal Authority, said Million must watch out.

"The crocodiles aren’t scared of his bum. They will drag his bum into the deep waters and chew him up," he said.

Matiyani warned the kids to stay away from the dangerous rivers in the village.
He said the crocodiles often kill people.

"The most recent victim was fisherman Thinashe Hove, who was attacked on 24 January. And the body of a 45-year-old man who was killed last month hasn’t been found yet."

Here's something interesting
I have a 12x12x12 cube
I just made it like 2 months ago
I got a few snails in there. And some beetles I "made"
(From a few super worms to go through the whole stage)
The snails have been with me a while. The beetles are recent. It's awesome

I wanted to know when should I recycle the dirt? I use dirt from Walmart
But I feel like I shouldn't? Cause natures dirt kind of stays in one place right?
But I feel I should because if you look in pic related in the right bottom corner
There was a super worm that burrowed there. Since I got that ant farm view I can see everything. When I pour water in the aquarium for the dirt I see it swelled up the super worm who I guess drowned there. So now the guy is rotting. And there's these little white spec bugs in the hundreds in my tank. eating on him and at the surface

What are they?
What will they turn into?

What do I do about the dirt?

Closer to view of maggots?
Am I looking at an army of fuckers that are gonna piss off my beetles and snails?
I got another aquarium I plan on putting them in and then put this one out in the cold and just let this infestation die

I feel like I'm gonna get shat on for not knowing how to take care of a simple vivarium
>>
Put a layer of pebbles underneath the soil to prevent this next time. As for now, I'd just watch what happens.

I always just used dirt from outside.
Those little bugs look like springtails, they are no problem. They won't turn into anything but keep your place clean. Like woodlice.

Did you remember to put in a chalk source for your snails? Nice capaea you got there.
What kind of bugs are these?
>>
Dude, that's fucking gross. You've got a box of mud and pests, clean that shit out.

I like pitmutts. Most I know are lab/ABPT. I'm sure there's plenty of terrible pitmixes but the full ABPTs I know are just so damn high energy. Even my mutt is hyper with all the workout she gets but she's not destructive and settles down once you let her know its no longer playtime.

My dog´s face when I found her.

if you can't afford to provide veterinary care for an animal, don't get a fucking animal.

If you can't afford to get cancer, don't get cancer.

Most animals will be healthy their whole lives or need very limited medical care. Compared to being put to sleep because nobody adopted it. Can we please stop this meme?
>>
>>2056043
getting cancer is inevitable. Getting an animal is not. Stop being retarded. Would you have a kid if you couldn't afford the extra expenses? The answer is no, unless you were retarded like OP.

Earlier today, when I was taking my dog for a walk, she suddenly stopped. I tried to get her to keep going, but then she just laid down, and wouldn't get up.

Eventually i had to get my parents to come in their car and take her home, and we were able to get her into the house, but we had to semi-carry her, because it seemed like one of her rear legs was limping. It's weird, because she wasn't acting that way at all before the walk, and she doesn't appear to have stepped on anything bad.

I'm scared to think she may be dying. I know she's 13 years old, but...fuck.

What should I do, anons?

Take her to the vet..?
>>
>>2055890
Go to the veterinarian, faggit.
>>
>>2055890
Keep a close eye on her, make sure she has the food and water that she needs. If she gets worse or stays about the same, bring her to a damn vet.

If she seems fine and gets back up - she's probably fine. She is a senior dog and chances are she might just have gotten tired. It happens. She's old.

Hello. I'll be adopting a dog soon. Want to make sure I am on the right route with my plan. I have only had cats, and do currently have two cats, so it is new to me. The dog is about a year old.

>Separate dog and cats for about an hour. Swap. Controlled introduction on a leash. Have Feliway for dogs and cats going in both areas. Foster mom says he is good with cats and "knows they run the show".
>Will keep everyone together, but buy baby gates large enough the cats can slip through but the dog cannot
>Will probably separate the dog for at least the first night
>Take a few days off of work. He is housebroken. Take him outside about every 4 hours to get him on a schedule.
>Start teaching him his basic commands and getting him accustomed to a crate
>Lots of walks at first to keep him tired around the cats
>Once back at work, keep the animals separated and come home during lunch to give him a potty break
>Continue that for a few weeks

Sounds good or did I fuck up somewhere?

I just put my new three inch blue gourami into my ten gallon along with a bunch of plants. The aq is 3 ppt salinity and it's fairly hard water.

Can my gourami be happy here? He seems to like it I think

should be fine as long as the temperature is above 84 and he's got lots of ick-infested guppies to eat.

but make sure you have some plants so the guppies can hide and he won't eat them all at once. Maybe a nice blue spruce.

if you have any more questions, blease make another thread for each one.

Jumping brown recluse, the most dangerous kind of brown recluse spider there is. If it's in your home, best option would be to flee from there and never come back.
