Cut off everything 3mm above the quick.

Chams require a great deal of airflow, which is why screen enclosure is the recommended for them. Also, glass is a big no-no. Chams, being fussy like they are, do not do well with glass. Seeing their own reflections freaks them out.

Don't get chameleons if you're already griping about the care requirements. They are tedious and failure to meet those tedious requirements generally = dead chameleon.

Chameleons need a paradoxical combination of airflow and humidity to survive.

Better air flow naturally lowers humidity so getting it right is very challenging.

You don't know the care requirements, you think you're gonna keep 2 chams in a small plywood enclosure... just don't get a chameleon.

Forgot to mention, I flea comb the tonk and TV fairly easily and even bath the TV, but the moggy hates being brushed (I still try)

Looks like a drain fly larva. Do you sometimes find little moths like this in your bathroom too?

There has been some moths around, but none that look like that. Very interesting though. I live in the NE US if that helps.

I have had dobermans. They have pretty sweet dispositions. A little neurotic sometimes. And clingy. Careful training required as they are quite intelligent and will disregard owner commands if they think they can get away with it.

Oh, also if you buy from a breeder, the ear croppping is not mandatory and you can request that it not be done for your doggo.

Dobies are velcro dogs. They're smart as hell, but if you value independence, they're not for you. That dog will try to live up your ass.

fingernail polish or acetone on a q-tip.

Fingernail polish is basically diluted acetone so that would be safer. the adhesive should wipe away pretty easy and the stuff evaporates at room temp to it should be fine.

Sand crabs are what we used to call them. They are some sort of shrimplike crustacean I think. Not a sand flea, that is something entirely different
