My dog won't stop shitting in the house. He is trained to go outside to pee, and only has an accident whenever we aren't home for more than 5 or 6 hours. But he let's us know when he wants to pee.
But the fucker is always going off and fucking pooping in hidden corners and under furniture when we aren't looking. We have to keep him in a cage almost constantly because of this. We let him out to play and go for walks, but when we are busy cleaning and cooking and doing things where we can't keep a constant eye on him he will ninja poop in the most random places. We were even playing with him a few times, looked away for just a moment and a monster turd magically appeared behind a corner. It's frustrating. What do?
It's a teacup chihuahua btw. Similar to pic related.
Git gud scrub. Get a real dog, not a rat.

Inherited it as a gift from her parents. I didn't make the choice. I much prefer terrier mixes.
Two strats:
1) Nuclear option of restart house breaking from page 1.
2) Note the times he is pooping and figure out his schedule. Do this for several days. Once you see a pattern, take him for walkies during these times and give him a high value treat when he goes outside.
Hello! Back in April I discovered that a man who lives near me had been breeding meat rabbits. Upon speaking to him, I learned that he has decided that taking care of rabbits is too much work, and that he has purposely let them go and stopped putting food and water out for them. After getting no help from animal control, I have decided to take on the care of these rabbits myself. I made this page to post their progress and to spread awareness about rabbit breeding and abuse. We currently have 22 bunnies, and he is STILL purchasing and releasing more. There are new rabbits being dumped and hit by cars every week. :(
I've contacted animal control, and several others and am waiting for a reply. He does not put food or water unless he needs to lure them to him for butcher. He is running a restaurant out of his home. He also crams 15-20 chickens in one guinea pig cage. I confronted him and all I got was 'well, catch them if you care so much'
We also have filed several animal cruelty cases. One of which is currently open. The city keeps closing them due to the fact that the rabbits run free. They can't 100% prove they are his, and they can't enter his yard to check for other animals or rabbits without a warrant.
Any ideas on where to go from here?
We also have a facebook page, if anyone is interested! Fb/venicerescuebunnies
What the hells wrong with you? Theyre rabbits.
the chickens are the only place you have grounds for animal abuse. stop worrying about the fucking bunnies, they're wild animals, and the city doesn't care about them. get a picture of the chickens in the cage and open that case.
This it's sad how many of my friends girlfriends asked for my cock after hearing me fuck at a party
>big house party half a month ago
>find second ugliest girl at party
>doesn't matter to me I'm a fucking animal
>bring her upstairs into the bed
>everybody in the party is listening
>I start licking her face neck basically everything
>she's scratching me all over
>I'm howling at her like the bitch she is
>she finally gets naked for me and I slip my cock in
>she's screaming like she's barking mad
>doggy style the whole time cause it's really the only position I can pull off
>finish
>go downstairs everybody is looking at me really wierd
>go to my food dish and start eating
>dig hole in backyard
>owner returns me to the pound

The bird in the pick is called a Pootoo
Ok, I have a question that's been bugging me for a while.
If you get a bird (just one of the more regular ones like a cockatiel or budgie), and you have to travel for an emergency ir something, can you socialize a bird enough that it wouldn't stress during something like this? Like, could one socialize it like a dog, and in the event that you had to leave for a few days, leave the bird with a family member or friend?
Also, if this is possible, could it be done with a lovebird? I've heard that love birds can die from stress if their owner ever leaves, but I'm not sure if that's a myth.

Yes they're called love birds for a reason. They die of a broken heart.
Yes, it is 100% doable. Especially if it's only something like a lovebird. If you had a cockatoo or something then maybe it'd be an issue.
Got a problem with 1 of my kittens 6 weeks.
He likes to hide in this spot under chair.
Problem. Its a recliner and has moving parts. How do i block it off so he cant go in there anymore.
Get a large envelope, a piece of cardboard, a rubberband, and a quarter.
Cut the cardboard to barely fit in the envelope.
Cut a small circle, a bit bigger than the quarter, in the center of the cardboard.
Stretch the rubber band over the cardboard so it crosses the hole.
Place the quarter in the hole, between the rubber band.
Twist the quarter in the rubber band a bunch of times.
Carefully slide the whole thing into the envelope. Hold it tight to keep it from spinning.
Put it under the chair with something fairly light on top of the quarter.
>cat goes under chair
>cat touches object
>cat becomes scared shitless of going under that chair.
Kittens under 12 weeks should not have the run one your apartment. They should spend any unsupervised time in a kitten proofed room until they are old enough. Stick mom in the room with them half the day.
let natural selection take it's course
I just found out my cat's eyes are watering. Should I be concerned, or is it nothing to worry about?

I'm looking for a dog door for a dog 28 inches high. Anyone got any feedback on large dog doors set into glass windows with security panels?
Amazon doesn't seem to have what I have in mind, so I was wondering in /an/ had any dog door suggestions?
Petsmart sells them so go in your local store or online. I personally like the ones with the security thing that you clip on your dog's collar that unlocks the flap
>>2185460
That security feature will only really stop things like mice from coming into your home
>>2185293
For security consider putting it not on a door, but somewhere only your dog can fit in and out of that is not very obvious to a potential robber.
If you can't do that you can put the entrance at the back of a dog house so it's hidden from view and just looks like a regular dog house.
>>2185293
>on large dog doors set into glass windows with security panels?
You don't set them in glass panels, rather you don't cut a hole in a piece of glass then install a dog door in that. If this is a residential home you probably don't have floor to ceiling windows. If by the off chance you do, it would probably be a storefront style system. You could deglaze the window and replace it with a panel with a hole for the dog door.
Again I think your terminology is off OP. Take a picture of where you are wanting to install the dog door.
hello friends,
i'm the anon from a week or two ago who ate horse wormer (ivermectin) to get rid of bed bugs in my chair
just wanted to let you all know that so far it fuckin WORKED
Whoa, that's crazy.
Have you had any adverse reactions to it?
>>2185277
Holy shit i absorbed cow dose ivermec through my skin and felt like I was dying. Tremors heart palpitations and passed out. On the bright side i bet i don't have worms
>>2185294
no, not really. it's relatively safe from what i've researched
one side effect is "sensation of having something in one or both eyes" which i may have experienced or there may have been something in my eye
i did 3 doses and the first one made me feel a bit magical like a microdose of hallucinogens or something-- that could have been placebo effect though, since the following doses had no effect whatsoever
I didn't see one in the catalog, so I thought, why not.
Got a few photos. I'll put them here.
Today I came back from camping and I found a spider mother with her baby's on her back in my bag. I took her to a nice little place in the park so she and her kids have a good place to live.
You did a nice thing, OP!

Based Phidippus audax
I always love to see these on my porch and windows. I kept one as a pet in a jar once for a few weeks (fed it flies) but that wasn't saving or helping it really.
My roommate started screaming about a spider in the kitchen and wanted me to kill it. This was a huge black spider. Thick legs, thick body, this fucker was ripped. This fucker works 12-hour days at a warehouse and then hits up the 24-hour gym. If I had stomped him, he probably would have survived and put me in a head lock. I left him right outside my door so he could protect us from the minorities that live in the apartment complex.
pic related is what he looks like but I don't think we have these around here
Greece cats are so cute ! Do you guys have any cats so sweet ?

What's one long cat.
idk what is it?
So my gf just got a puppy, and he's awesome. Last night my sister pulled a bug off him and declared he had fleas (not so sharp, my sister) and I said it was bs cause fleas are tiny as hell. Just now I was caring for him and pulled out a bug that at my best guess looked like a termite which over the course of 20 years and 4 pets (best friends) I have never seen. Any ideas/suggestions? We'll take him in if need be but we tend to be hypochondriacs so I like to ask.
>>2184972
Can you get a picture of said bug?
>>2184976
It surprised me so I squished it asap... Wish I hadn't now. Like I said it looked like a termite, with the long white body and brown head/torso.
My brother just said he saw the other one and the white part had no legs.
I did a quick look over of him when I found the second one, but I'll give him a good look over right now and see if I can find another one
He's pretty playful right now so it's difficult, but I did find one which was much smaller. It looked like it was hanging out out by a yellow colored scab or dandruff (which he's had a lot of). Was too small to grab, and now I'm getting quite worried.
hi /an/
these appeared here a few days ago
they're harmless but I don't know their names
can you guys ID this?
Brown recluse
They look like fairies.
But they probably aren't.
Someone please identi-fly what kind of insects these are.
Take it to the vet
Found this little guy in my bathroom, anyone able to identify what species it is?
>>2184873
Possibly a little house gecko, hemidactylus frenatus, but i can't see well the body pattern.
>>2184873
It almost looks like a leopard gecko, but that probably isn't it. Leopard geckos have wide tails that thin out at the end. Maybe try looking for subspecies of geckos?
>>2184875
Nevermind :P
