Fuck you, i bet thats just some shitty website you made up. Cats cant make you sick because they cant carry human sicknesses.
>>2233291
how does it feel to have parasites feasting on your brain?
So my boyfriend made the mistake of feeding a stray cat just because it was skinny. He doesn't look sick or anything, just skinny. My neighbors did the same and now that little fucker tries to get into our houses as soon as we open the door, and it goes directly to eat my own cat's food.
I asked him to stop feeding it, especially because now there are 5 damn cats outside my door almost all day, and one is a female which the other ones try to mate with every 5 minutes (and she's very small so doesn't really let them and just screams).
I live in a 3rd world country and there aren't really any places where I can take them, and I can't stand them anymore. What's the best humane way of getting rid of them? Will simply stopping feeding them will work?
>>2231216
I wsbt to pet that feral cat.
>>2231216
Just don't feed them and that will work.
>>2231216
Adopt him!
Or eat cat food to make yourself sick so you can sleep through the noise of cats

>newspapers
>vacuum cleaners
>known persons out of the sudden wearing hats
>empty milk container that "breaths" milk smell when you squeeze it with the opening towards the dog (especially the dog's face)
this seems to be the scariest fucking thing to a dog.
on the other hand cats are scared of cucumbers so that's that.
also, don't scare your dog, go hug it now.

i just did all of that to my dog, checks out
Touching their food while their eating. Try it, it's hilarious

How about (You) try it and demo it on a YT video?
Or aren't you able to hold the camera anymore with those stumps?

Google is your friend.
Feel free to ask questions but know that there are a lot of resources out there that could answer your question a lot faster and accurately than /an/.
Make sure to include these things in your post before asking because we can't help you if we don't have the full picture:

50 Watt would be overkill, even if you'd do heavy co2. Check the Lumen per Watts on your light. if its 100 Lumen per Watt, then it's quite too high for that size.
With your plant selection, you would not even need Co2 at all, unless you want a demanding carpeting plant like Hemianthus or red/pink plants like Rotala Wallichii.
Go get a 16-30 watt LED and you are fine.
i've been in 4 of these threads so far and the damn pastebin is still broken. Can one of you niggers fix it?
Can we have a Webm thread?Predation is preferred, but I'm not picky.
Interspecies competition is nice too.

I was about to post one, but then I noticed that I didn't have any animal related webm. Have a gif instead.
Why have "crate training" fags invented all these BS excuses about caging their dog? Why do they get so defensive and infuriated at anyone who is against "crate training"?
>it's for the dogs safety
>it's natural like a den
>the dog loves being locked up in a cage
Why can't you just admit that it is 100% for your own convenience so you don't have to train it, build a fence outside, or hire someone to take care of it?
I almost forgot the best one:
>it's their safe space
Then why are you locking the door?
>>2228047
your parents never wanted to buy a dog but you whined like a bitch non-stop. now they exist with a living burdan they dont love for your sake. you are the selfish one here who just wanted to own something that unfortunately has self concept. save your pennies and put it down or take it to a shelter where it may be loved properly as what it is.

You have no idea how uneducated you sound. This isn't some movement started by /an/.
You're basically accusing the entire animal and veterinary professional community idiots. You, you're little lonesome self on some backwater image board of 4chan, is demanding answers from millions of licensed and certified veterinarians and animal trainers. You're insisting you and your highschool diploma know more than them, with their 8 years of college majoring in the care of animals.
Think that over.

>TFW dad is making me get rid of my gerbils
he said he'd kill them if i dont
im going to release them in my neighborhood in about 2 hours.
how long do you think they will last? 2 hours? a day?
>feels bad, man
>>2224876
You'd be better off killing them yourself. Better it be quick than say, a cat playing with them or them starving to death.
Alternatively, is there nobody at all that would take them? No friend that would take them for a couple of days while you work something out?
>>2224877
how would i kill them? the only thing i can think of is suffocation. but fuck that. i want them to at least be able to run around outside for once in their lives
even if it means they'd die
>>2224876
Have to tried free post on craigslist? Also you need to be 18 to post here.
How comes orcas go out of their way not to harm humans?
Here is an example where a penguin jumps on a rubber raft to escape orcas. They would be easily able to breach the raft, yet they instead give up the chase.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZQGAAsT3fY
I also saw another video that I currently can't find, where an orca chased after a fish but gave up, to avoid a collision with a diver.
because they know humans have the capacity to genocide them if they try anything
>>2218839
how are they supposed to know that?
>>2218842
They have a cousin on the inside.

So is this thing an ancient pitcher plant or not?
>Also, I think it looks a bit dry, I recommend watering it a bit more
Welcome to /plant/, the magical green place on this blue board. ITT: We summon plont, grow avocados and also, RIP S. Flava division. Press 'F' to pay respects.
/Plant/ is for the discussion of plants (obviously). Horticulturists, hobbyists and botanists welcome! Questions about plants? Want to show off your two inch dick-I mean plant? Maybe you want to start growing something new and exciting? Well come on over to /plant/!
Introducing a new basic caresheet with every thread:
Sarracenia purpurea
>Full sun
>plenty of water
>dank purps don't give a shit about horrifyingly low humidity
>If temperatures reach 100F or 40C, make sure plant does not dry out
A dry sarracenia is a dead sarracenia
>Plant will begin to produce smaller and smaller pitchers starting in late august, in preparation for dormancy
S. purpurea ssp. venosa does not need a dormancy period to survive (it may eventually grow slower, but won't die) but S. purpurea ssp. purpurea does
>Both plants are extremely cold hardy
>Soil mix: Mostly peat moss, mix with fine orchid bark, LFS, perlite, coconut husk etc to aid with drainage. Silica sand and perlite are the best options as add-ins.

thanks for the new thread
Also, I thought my S. leucophylla 'pubescent' was going to die, but apparently not
I wanted to trim my b52's dead leaves and I ended up separating its divisions.
Well, I hope that at least the big one lives, buying them in August was a mistake.

made the same mistake with my 'cluster trap'
let's hope for the best
Ok, I'm serious so pls no ban. Hypothetically speaking, how bad would it be if I adopted pets only to use them for food. There are loads of people in my area giving away bunnies, guinea pigs, and such, for free online, and I'm thinking it would be a great way to test out new meats in my cooking and to have a steady supply of meat not raised on soy and other nasty stuff. Ideas?
Sure go for it. Can you even eat guinea pigs though?
It sounds morally incorrect. People want you to own and take care of their pets, not eat them. Make it upfront that you want to kill them.
Legally though? I don't think it's an issue as long as you kill them safely and humanely.
I have come to a realization. All this "positive training" bullshit is a joke.
Dogs are not humans. And we need to stop anthropomorphizing them and treating them that way.
If they do something wrong, they need to be corrected, as they would if they were wild, and not domesticated. They need to be taught what is right and what is wrong and corrected if they do wrong. Not praised and rewarded and told "it's okay, do this instead".
Dogs aren't dumb. They know when they're breaking the rules and trying to be sneaky and get away with stuff.
Now that I have realized this, I laugh at all you positive only faggots and wonder how on earth your dogs even learn a thing.
Pic not really related, but Sophie is cute and that's her dog, so related.
Do you guys think she fucks that dog?
I'm gonna hop in to this thread for the inevitable 325 post shitstorm that will follow.

If you're asking if I'd pay to watch her fuck that dog, than the answer is yes.

Not horrendously so. I mean obviously not great indoors though.
