Hey those are them pesty cunts what we've been killing out on me ranch

Could you guys red pill me on Guinea pigs vs Rabbits?
I'm torn between the two for my first pet and can't decide.
15 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
i have had both at the same time in the same cage

rabbit is calmer, quieter and will sit with you longer

guinea pig is similar but squeals and will piss on you

also the guinea pig still had his balls and would sleep on top of the rabbit in what i can only assume was an attempt to copulate even though both were male

the guinea pig died four years ago and the rabbit (dwarf) is almost a decade old

guinea pigs in general bite more

if you get both feed them guinea pig food because it has vitamin c which guinea pigs need and rabbits enjoy it more than rabbit food

guinea pigs are funnier
>>
>>2247501
Very very insightful, thank you!
>Guinea pig will piss on you
Why would rabbits not do the same?
>>
>>2247508
they do but not as often

i'm assuming they panic less easily or have a larger bladder

Hey /an/

Was walking to work and passed by a bumblebee in distress, kept falling over, flapping its wings but couldn't take off. Moved her off the road and hoped maybe it'd recover.

Walked back from work and it was still there having issues. Took her back with me.

I have it next to me on a plate with some sugar water and heat and it seems to still be moving. I'm guessing since the weather is getting colder it's the end of the line for the worker bees.

The question is, if you were a dying bumblebee worker, what would you want aside from sugar water and heat. There aren't any flowers still blooming around here.

No picture, I'm a poorfag with no money.

The owners of course. They should have taught the dog not to jump up on people, but to beat a dog, no matter what breed, for something so trivial as jumping on you is ridiculous.

Rotts are cute. We had one that was a Rottweiler/bloodhound mix. Smart as fuck and very playful.

So I just got a dog from my neighbor, really cool pup thats about 2 years old. I knew it since it was little and it had always been brown.

About a week ago my neighbor informed me he would be moving out of state and couldn't take the dog with him. Naturally I took him as my own since he was always a joy when I saw him.

For some reason his brown fur turned grey except for his paws and face starting this year. My neighbor blamed this on him eating too little but he was never able to get a real reason why.

Does anyone know why his fur would make such a dramatic change?

just like with humans, some dog's hair changes color as they age. diet could also be a factor, if they're not getting enough nutrients. have you talked to a vet about this?
>>
Does it have Lhasa apso in it by any chance? My grandmother has one and when it was a puppy it was dark brown, like an ewok. As she got older, but rather quickly her fur turned a creamy white color, the same coloration her parents have. Completely different looking dog by the time she was 2 years old. Kind of how kids hair goes from blonde to darker brown as they age I figured. Might be normal for that dog, they don't always stay the same color. My grandmas dog looks completely different color wise than she did as a puppy.

So I did end up taking him to a vet to be sure. The vet said the same thing, likely he's not eating enough. Turns out he's a fussy eater, he'll run off when I set the food on his plate and my nephew resorts to hand feeding him sometimes.

I'll get her to stop doing that. Maybe he'll stop being such a baby

I've always wanted to go to a pet expo but the local ones sound lame. Just local pet stores shilling what they have had for years. Literally they only advertise pet food, grooming tools, and training.
>>
My dream is to attend Tinley Park expo some day. So fucking sick of all 3-4 of my local herp expos stacked to the rafters with meme ball pythons and garbage like hand made dish towels with cresties sewn onto them. There's seriously a table for Bath Fitters or like Gutter Guards at my local shows every single time, that's how lame it is.
>>
Went to the Animal Expo in Ventura County like 2 years ago..

Mainly loitered in their reptile area because everything else was basically merchandise from pet stores.

Saw some cool stuff but mostly BPs and tarantulas and centipedes/millipedes.

What are the chances you'll be bitten by a shark if you swim in the ocean?
Do people really just go surfing without fearing for their lives?
How dangerous is it to enter the shallow waters?
What are some measures you guys take to keep yourselves safe in the ocean?

I freedive all the time and have never been bitten by a shark. I've seen plenty of them. I have, however, never swam with great whites and it isn't high on my list of things to do.

Most injuries I sustain are from urchins. Also, barracuda have a bad reputation for no good reason.
