Make him an outside dog. He'll be so used to peeing and shitting outside that he won't do it inside anymore. Do it for a few weeks, maybe a month and then bring him back in.

What breed is your dog and how frequently are you taking him out? And is he actually doing anything when he's outside?

I try during spring/summer, since they fuck off any other time. They have no interest in any bird feeders I have, but I also don't have trees in my backyards so I mostly get house sparrows, doves and starlings while neighbors with trees get plenty of song birds and crows. Does not matter what feed I put out.

For crows if I see them around my house like on the powerlines, I throw some shit out and walk away. It got them comfortable enough to hang around my house a little more during these times but thats as far as I've gotten. I am not sure how well crows smell but they seem to be attracted to food that actually has a smell. If they are around, look to see if they are looking at you. Throw some smelly food and walk away. You don't have to put a dead cow in front of your yard but maybe some meat may help.

I tried to befriend carrion crows and they attacked me.
I figured they probably thought I wanted to bait them like they bait fish with bits of food.

I guess I'll try corn since that has a smell and is bright.

No, dogs can become distressed, but they don't cry. It's probably reverse-sneezing and its owners either genuinely believed it was crying or just wanted to get a viral video out of it.

To be honest, although you get those folklore stories about loyal dogs staying at their master's grave for years, it's extremely unlikely that most dogs would be able to make a connection between a burial plot and their owner, especially with modern burial techniques. Stay around their home or some other familiar spot waiting for them to return, yes, but they're only likely to get agitated at a grave if people are upset - some dogs are pretty easily distressed if their owners are acting out of the ordinary.

If you teach it from a very early age that it can sleep in your bed and jump up there whenever it wants, you're going to have behavior problems when it gets into its adolescent phase and starts acting rebellious. It's going to think you're not in charge of it and act out.
Just force him down to the ground and hold him there until it submits so it knows you're its boss. Give it a few smacks so it knows what happens when it thinks your bed is his bed too.

Yeah, I've heard about that too, which is why he doesn't sleep in my bed during the day. He also doesn't shit on my bed (he just starts crying if he wants to go and is on it).

Small dogs were originally bred for chasing small pest animals into burrows and brambles and other narrow escape routes, where larger dogs would be forced to give up the chase, allowing the pest to return and cause more damage (eating and shitting on food supplies, biting children, gnawing houses, etc.). It was only later when breeders started selecting for "cute" infantile characteristics in the adult form for sale to rich women as pets that the small dogs started having problems.
