My girlfriend and I rescued our dog almost two years ago but we were never able to definitively state the breed to our friends and family. We did the bloodwork test at Petsmart (waste of money), and they gave us breeds from collie, to chowchow, to a few others. He's obviously not a chowchow or a collie. I even spoke with a Petsmart employee sometime later who said those tests are pretty much like drawing a name out of a hat. The few breed types that we've been able to narrow down to that seem to fit him the closest are:
Blackmouth Cur
Rhodesian Ridgeback
I was wondering if anyone knew what type of breed or what type of mix he could possibly be? We don't need to know and it doesn't change our opinions on how much we love him. Just one of those things you always wonder about. Cheers and Happy Holidays!
Definitely pit bull

100% purebred Mutt :) And a super cute one! It's honestly pointless to try to determine his breed- if you've had him for two years you already know his temperament and habits. If I had to guess I'd say he's part shepherd, probably some lab, but that's just because I've worked with lots of labs and shepherds and he has that kind of face? Everyone who looks at him is going to try to relate him to dogs they know- but truthfully, he's his own "breed" now.

Well looking at the color of the coat gives me some clues. Also the skull shape and the eye hue. The overall look gives me the idea that your pupper is a brown recluse.
because cute
They almost look like land seals

You shut up faggot. They are too cute.
Very cute!
My boyfriend's family has an old beagle that lives almost it's entirety outside. His house is a small fenced-in, roofed pen, with a small opening for him to go in and out of the enclosure as he pleases. Inside the fenced-in thing there's a small box with an opening and some hay inside for him to sleep in. The dog is attached to a leash connected to the pen.
The dog is housed and fed (once a day) and watered, but it's just so sad because he isn't very well trained and you can tell he's lonely and neglected . Dogs are social things and they aren't meant to spend their lives outside away from what's going on inside. The whole reason the beagle is outside is because my boyfriend's brother has asthma and allergies. And because my boyfriend's dad is just the type of old person that believes that dogs are outside creatures.
What can I do to help the beagle feel better? Sometimes when he gets lonely he bays and barks to come inside and they let him inside for a brief period of time
Pic is not of the dog in question, I just googled it

Just kill them all and take him with you, happy ending.

Bump:
This probably won't work. When no one is home they place a board in front of the entrance of the pen so no one steals buddy.
If he is stolen it'd be obvious I did it and then they'd hate me

If your bf is the one he should support you in trying to provide for the pet.
The Venomous Pets General.
Welcome to /venomous pets/, here you may find all about 4chans venomous pets, share information about yours and much more.
Some basic questions to get started:
> What kind of venomous pet(s) do you own?
/watch?v=6YluYL-KFvU
A Hissing Sandsnake (Psammohpis Sibilans).
> Why do you own a venomous pet?
I have always been attracted to poisonous plants, venomous animals, toxins, you name it. It is thrilling and a lot of them are exceptionally beautiful.
> What venomous pet(s) do you want to own?
The Mangrove snake (Boiga dendrophila) and a diamondback rattlesnake, both are however difficult to buy where I live.

I have a bernese and she is crazy smart. I taught her to poop just slightly off our lawn and she picked up after only a week. She is now 13 weeks and can be left outside to poop and pee without supervision. She is eager to please almost to a fault in that I think I could keep walking forever and she would try to keep up until she literally died.
The dumbest dog I've ever raised was a mix weimaraner and Italian mastiff. He was very sweet but dumb as shit. Due to changing life circumstance I had to give him to a friend but luckily I get to see him any time I want and he is well loved and gets to eat all the dead raccoon ass he desires.
polar bers, grizzly bers, lazy bamboo bers, any bers
Posting pics of rare micky mouse bears
Are coyotes good pets?
Yeah you just gotta raise them from a young age. Same principle with wolves and racoons really.
No. They smell terrible and piss on everything.
We just had a guy here a few months ago who against all advice get one and he got rid of it immediately.

Wild animals aren't pets.
I work at a nationwide storage company that currently has a mouse infestation. They use glue traps to catch them and then throw them alive in the dumpster which seems cruel to me since most likely it'll be a slow death.
What can I do to humanely kill the live mice I catch? I'd rather not step and squish it but according to google that's my best option.
Any other ideas guys?

A quick stomp is an effective and efficient way to deal with your problem, I don't see why you take issue with it.
You could drop them in a bucket of water if you just don't want to deal with the mess.

Knife to the brain. Check some pics online so you"re sure where it is.

What do you guys think of this show?
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if some fucked up shit was going on behind the scenes, but it does make fishing interesting

It's a crazy world out there.
I love the show desu. It's obviously edited purposely to play up drama in certain situations but I'm not mad because every reality show does that. I like the fishing and seeing the 3rd world shit holes he has to camp in for 3 months to catch the fish he's after.
Plus I really like Jeremy wade. Multilingual, respectful, rugged and highly knowledgeable. Great host and one minor celeb I'd love to have a beer with

Do you have pets in your workplace?
Back when I was in the psychiatric hospital, there were a couple of ward cats.
So I guess there was a workplace pet for the nurses and OTs and therapists and doctors and stuff. But they made the patients look after them. One of them got an eye infection once and I was the only resident patient any good at cat wrangling so my job was putting in the eye drops and administering kitty pills. Someone else was in charge of feeding them and cleaning up after them, which suited me fine.

Our building has rules against it. We lease office space on the 3rd floor of someone else's building, and they have rules we have to follow.
Strangely, the ATF have an office on the 2nd floor and they have a big aquarium in their lobby. One of the most potentially damaging animal habitats you can put anywhere. 150 gallons of sea water is no joke, especially to those on the 1st floor.
