shits unfair, I live in a stuck in time shitty third world country where modern medicine doesnt apply
I had to beg to make my shrink prescribe me something other than strattera, he gave me ritalin wich worked great for like a week before it stopped working at all. now it doesnt help me focus at all but it still gives me awful comedowns
I read that ritalin may not work on people with ADHD PI wich is the kind that I have but my doctor doesnt care, he doenst fucking believe me so he wanted me to stop taking anything to see if I still have ADHD (what a fucking retard), or alternatively keep taking ritalin even if it doesnt work and even still if I know why its not working. he says its my fault and that im just depressed, he doesnt know anything about phenidates not being effective on ADHD PI
im going to see another, better, shrink but im scared he may be another twat that doesnt believe adhd is real (there is a decent chance he might be one of those people). how do I get him to prescribe me amphetamines? I dont care wich, from what I read those work while phenidates dont

Hey OP, my experience with shitty 3rd world countries is that pharmaceutical regulations are not enforced much. I have bought all sorts of shit, including ritalin over-the-counter with no trouble.
Can you not just manage your own medication with a little help from your local pharmacist (maybe a small cash tip will help persuade him)

I am buying my legal meds with a invalid prescription tho
my prescription is for class 3 psychotropics (or something like that) while ritalin is a class 2 drug
I can only go to a certain pharmacy, others will point that out
I dont think itd be that easy tho

I waited patiently for years, never asked for any kinds of meds and nobody helped me
theyd rather have me suffer my adhd than treat it with pills, wich is fucking insane how a psychiatrist would do such a thing
it all boils down to my country, we practically are the capital of cheap psychology
