Stop fapping and watching porn. Dedicate 20-30 minutes each day to doing mindfulness exercises, paying special attention to your dick, balls and taint, and performing hundreds of kegels (some much stronger than others... but not so strong that you piss yourself).

This thread is relevant to me. I survived on casual sex for years, but don't enjoy it at all, and it's been really effecting my confidence in getting back into dating.
