I think that's between you and God, OP. Personally I'm of the opinion that it's bad if it becomes something you "need," but not so much if you work to curb it and it's just a once in a while thing.

You are not going to hell because Jesus died for your sins. I recommend trying to take a break and offer your effort and struggle to God, put it in his hands. At least for a week or for a set amount of days of your choosing, make the effort and think about how you are offering it to God as your sacrifice.
