I do see a psych doctor and no I don't really feel anxiety all the time. I'm pretty fine. I just have problems opening up, relaxing and showing people who I truly am, on a deeper, human level...

But I think people telling me I'm a tense ass fuck does the opposite of their intended effect... I mean I would chill if I felt appreciated, complimented etc., if I felt good, I can't just relax on command when someone tells me I suck, even if they mean well.
