Reddit is even more awful than /adv/.

He didn't ask for a better place.
At least here, people can say what they honestly think anonymously. Even there are a dozen trolls, there's good advice filtering through from bros who have been there before.
Relationship advice is the worst type of advice to receive, even from a professional. Because you aren't thinking rationally when you have feelings for someone, it's almost impossible for them to put things into perspective to the point where they can affect your decisions. People will deal with the worst type of shit imaginable while knowing full well it's going to crash and burn eventually. My advice is just to stay objective while, somehow, not cutting yourself off emotionally. Good luck with that one.

This is a tricky part of relationship info. Usually people asking for it already have something in mind, and any advice they get that runs contrary sounds like, "well, that person doesn't know what they're talking about, I'll ask someone else."
