Anyone knows about this thing? I have no 'mole?' at my back but since yesterday i felt this thing behind me. My gf tried to pop it but said it was hard and attached to my skin. We thought it was a blackhead at first.

What is this THING!?

I would get it checked out, might be cancer. Or it might not. Or you could just bloody yourself up with some sharp tweezers and just get it off.
