Okay, so I now have a fleshy red birthmark above my eyebrow, and it's really fucking noticeable. It couldn't look any less like a bigass zit and I hate it.
I figured out it was a birthmark when I just about tore it open to try and remove it (thinking it was a pimple) but felt the hard skin underneath. So it's not a pimple.
What the fuck am I supposed to do? It looks ugly as hell and I don't have the money to get it removed.

you're better off living with it until you have the means to have it properly taken care of. It really doesn't look that bad. If it bothers you a little coverup on that one spot wouldn't be noticeable.

Dude just learn how to put makeup on it. Don't buy cheap shit that'll come off with pure water and sweat. So it'll probably be like 30 dollar investment that'll last you years since you only have a small spot to put it on

Go into Sephora and ask, they won't judge or laugh as everyone in that store wants the sale and is covered in makeup
