If you don't already have her number or a way of contacting her privately, use the group to do that. One way to do that is next time the group is planning something, or plan something yourself, say you want everyone's numbers to help coordinate or something.
Once you have that, just use that to set up something one on one, or at least a smaller group if you're too nervous.
