Treat it the same way as every other case: therapy, meds, physical health improvement. You may need meds to get started on the others--so be it.

Isn't it odd that I can enjoy basically nothing? And I don't feel any regular negative emotions - my experience is just a constant neutral, boring state of non-enjoyment. For most people, depression appears to involve self-hate or wanting to die, but I don't even have those.
