I honestly have the same problem, dude.
The best advice I can think of right now is to just get yourself a friend with benefits/fuckbuddy.
move to a less corrupted country

How old are you? 17?
People below 23~27 cheat because all they want is sex. But since slut shaming, you have to pretend the love and commitment part.

Google "Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon".
I have a bunch of friends and I can't remember the last time one of them got cheated on. What does this mean? This means a few things;
1. Your handful of friends is not a large enough sample size to state that "cheating is everywhere". If 2 out of 5 of my friends get their cars broken into that doesn't mean that 2 out of 5 people in the world get their cars broken into. That isn't how patterns are established. That isn't how numbers work.
Even if you have 20 friends and they all get cheated on that isn't a reflection of the statistical chance of being cheated on. You could roll a dice and get four 30 times in a row but that statistical anomaly doesn't change the fact that the chance of rolling a four is 1 in 6, every time. Understand?
2. Read the Baader-Meinhoff Phenomenon. Essentially, certain things and occurrences appear more frequent when we are aware of them. Being convinced that cheating is everywhere could very well be causing you to be subconsciously seeking it out to prove the idea you've already convinced yourself is true.

Looks like the majority is. Probably more than those numbers, too.
