Mons pubis is natural. Pic related, the elevated part in the middle is it. Not equally pronounced in everyone, some don't have it at all, but it's a normal thing.

Having said that OP, the poster is right in that if you get fat enough you will get fat there as well. How you carry fat is also genetic, so there's no universal cut off point where it will start to build around your crotch. If you have no irritation or complaints otherwise I would guess that yes, you're starting to store fat there as well.

It should be fluid buildup, you should check with a doctor. Probably nothing serious, but unless you're sure it's just "fat" don't risk it man. Best of luck
