small bumps on finger?

i had exactly these (one the sides of my fingers) once when i went abroad to a hot country. never figured out what they were, could just've been a reaction to the heat or a mild allergic reaction to something i ate. but they should die down within a day

The closest thing I could find when I was experiencing this was a "stress rash," I had it on my palms as well, happens occasionally. Wash your hands well, eat a better diet that will regulate your hormones and moisturize. Coconut oil is good for that, but you're black so you probably already knew that.
