just learn to resist things and be determined to get things done, can you resist that extra donut? if you care you will do it. you lack self discipline. if you can wake up to go to work. then you can work or study at home. you have to do whats good for you and not what you currently want. learning a new language is good for you in the long run instead of browsing porn.

How do I resist shit? I usually run out of willpower crash and waste the rest of my night on 4chan and shit. Wasted lots of precious weekends that can otherwise be used for studying.

don't stress and realise things take time , so try not to waste time but realise you cant do anything about the past and make the most of the present. also dont hate what you are doing and fing a way to enjoy it even if it is difficult . soon it wont seem so much of a chore and start with an hour or two a day and in a month you wont find it hard to consume your free time learning a new language or something .

also take breaks when you need to go to the bathroom or drink some water but try to keep them under 5 minutes and carry on doing your work. maybe have a cheeky wank to relive sstress
