Same here. I'll be lurking to see the advice! Unfortunately I have none-but I've had several relationships ruined because of this problem.

I was reading that soy products, peppermint tea, and chasteberry help reduce sex drive.

However, I'm not sure how true this is. Plus, I'd like methods that'd help me calm down during an instance of extreme desire, like breathing and coping mechanisms.
