Is mathematics a meme degree?

Stem superiority is a meme. Social sciences get a bad wrap and gender studies is not representative of all humanities.
>>18146874
No its not. But it isnt really worth the effort unless you combine it with IT (best choice) or at least economics

I plan on combining it with CS. I'm interested in stuff like AI. How would that combination be?

Any idea how much these math guys could get paid?
>>18146932
300k, starting

Damn. The IT guys or the economics guys?
Not if you're genuinely a numbers person, no.
But seriously understand that that's ALL you'll do: math. Most people who "like" math are still normal people who like other things and have other interests and the idea of doing problem all damn day would get tiresome to them.
If that isn't you, you might consider a STEM/quant field with a bit more diversity in terms of what you do.

you're joking, aren't you?
