how come the only friends i can get in life are ones who have a fucked up personality towards me? for example the only friends i can find are people who talk about me behind my back or are blunt. yes i know theyre not really your friends but theyre the only people willing to talk to me.
im generally shy and i smile a lot. if you seem nice to me then i talk a lot.

Boundaries is a good one. A lot of people don't give a fuck about boundaries, then wonder why people walk all over them, or wonder why certain people won't open up to them. Read about boundaries and look for new ways of making friends.
The problem might feel external, it might look external, but a lot of what we do is not registered consciously. Essentially, you can't choose your family, but you can choose your friends.

how do i know if a person has boundaries? and even if they do they still wouldnt want to talk to me. im not ugly but i do dress kinda nerdy.
