By just stopping it. If you watched it now, just try going for a week without it but you can fap. When you watch porn, you also will edge and that isn't good for you. A fap session of 3 mins is just right. Anything above that is edging and makes you a weaker and lazier person for the next few days. Then if you want to stop fapping, slowly decrease the number of times you fap.
