He's 21 , go get him nice and right at a local dive bar so he become accustomed to the regulars. Try bring him home twice a week. Hopefully when work gets stressful he will automatically recall that going to the bar will calm him down and help him to concentrate. 10 years later if u done well he will be balls deep the liquor and a regular himself.
