any advice for someone who keeps fucking up their sleep schedule

Best advice- pick a time to sleep, then turn off all electronic devices (TV,computer, smartphone) and hour before that.

Use an actual alarm clock so you don't read Wikipedia articles on your phone at 3AM.

I constantly have weird sleep schedules, here's how I reset

>Download f.lux
>Set it to go by sunrise and sunset
>If you have android and it's rooted, or you have a phone that comes with it, use a night light (similar to f.lux)
>Set an alarm for the time you want to go to bed
>Set do not disturb on your phone an hour before you want to go to bed
>When it's time to go to bed, shut off all electronics
>Leave phone away from bed, charged, with an alarm set for 8 hours from then
>Get in bed
>Close eyes
>Do not open eyes
>Breathe in through your nose, breathe out through your mouth
>Stay completely still
>You will fall asleep
>When alarm wakes you up
>Get out of bed shut off alarm
>Take a cold shower immediately
>Get dressed, even if you have nothing to do that day, put on nice pants and a nice shirt
>Eat a good balanced breakfast

Use nyquil, benadryl, etc. if you need extra help
