Time goes by too fast. Weeks are over before I can tell, weekends feel like they are only a few hours long. I feel like I don't have enough time to finish my projects, to watch all the movies I wanna watch and read all the books I wanna read.
I try to sleep as little as I can because sleeping seems like a huge waste of time. I'm freaking out.
My birthday is coming soon and I'm terrified of aging, my 20s are going away fast.
Are there any life hacks or things you can do to make time slow down, to feel like time isn't running out so fast?

my lel aside, get some sleep, time is a flat curve, death isn't real, we're the imagination of ourselves. Nobody belongs anywhere, humans aren't meant to exist and neither are you. You will die, your friends will die, our sun will die, the universe will run out of latent heat and die too. It all goes back in the box. In 60 years after you die you too will be forgotten. Its called the circle of life because its fucking pointless. So chill enjoy today, right here, right now.

It's even worse when you're detached from reality and battle progressing paranoid schizophrenia daily. Real suffering is not known.
Apparently life goes by quicker after 30, at least that's what my sister and brother told me when I turned 30. Frankly it was going kind of fast before 30 and it hasn't slowed down.
I just enjoy as much as I can everyday in the moment. As long as I'm happy, so what if it's going by in a blur...

These people haven't really said anything productive, unless you are put to ease when confronted with the end of everything (which seems to be what you're fearing here).
Exercise, make sure to not spend your days near a monitor. Mix up your life, get rid of old habits in order to make place for new ones. Get out in nature for a long walk. Something I've been doing lately to calm me down is take deep breaths. In (through nose) for 4 seconds, hold for about 5, breathe out for around 7-8 (through mouth). Do this with your eyes closed and you may feel a bit of a "sleepy" sensation. If you feel light-headed you should stop immediately because "yer doin' it wrong".
