i'm in my early twenties and my veins are doing this weird snakey shit. i see it a lot on older guys, but not on people my age. should i be worried at all? is this a thing to see a doctor about?
that's my left wrist (obviously), it's not nearly as pronounced on my right wrist.

Go look up "varicose veins".
Might be worth seeing a doctor to see if there's anything going on, especially if you haven't had a general physical in a while.

It isn't serious, some people just have more superficial veins, mine are the same way.
Those are not varicose veins, those do not commonly occur in wrists.
Do not bother with a doctor visit.

if they bother you and you've got some extra cash you can get them easily removed , 30 min and you're out of the hospital .
if you've got them elsewhere too (scrotum) , might be a good idea to get checked by a doctor for any hereditary dislipidaemia or clothing disease
