I feel the same.

Earning money is easy, interacting with people socially feels like a waste of time unless we're going to have sex but I'm married and have nothing left to do but work till I die. I might go study medicine and research ways to delay that, but still then it'd only be to keep myself from getting bored from lack of meaningful challenge in life.

You remember those experiments with the mice where they overpopulate the cage in otherwise optimal living conditions and some of the mice separate away from the rest, focus on grooming themselves and lose interest in things like sex and socialisation? That basically feels like me

A life where you don't have to struggle to maintain (or ignore, as people do with aging) your basic biological urges like sex and self preservation is itself psychologically damaging. Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is teleological bullshit.

INTJ can do well professionally but often struggles with shyness and envies ENTJ. INTP often fails and in fact is the least happy and most depressed personality type, with one of the lowest average incomes -- they can see the system but repeatedly fail to successfully and consistently engage with it and they form poor bonds with people.
