How do you lose weight WITHOUT getting sick?
Whenever I start seriously cutting calories my body tries to kill itself
I'm sure that's totally real and not your addiction to fiod tricking you. If the symptoms are real, then you are genuinely addicted, and you're experiencing temporary pangs like someone detoxing from alcohol/opiates. They'll go away if you keep eating healthy long enough.

You don't even have to exercise to lose weight. It can help but if you're having this much trouble learning to lose weight through dieting then I doubt you have the motivation or dedication to work out regularly, no offense but it's the truth. If you follow what I said you won't get sick. A 400 calorie a day deficit is not going to make you sick and you'll end up losing about a pound a week, which is on par with healthy weight lose. Losing weight too quick is never good. You want to lose it at a gradual pace because in that time you're learning how to live, and make a lifestyle change that you can keep up. This is the reason crash diets typically fail. People don't actually build a new life around their new diet, or better yet get enough time to get used to it and realize it's going to be a part of their life for a long time.
