What is there to do if you are thinking you have ADD but the ones around you don't think the same?

why do the people around you make a difference in whether or not you have a disorder?
if you're that concerned about it then go to a shrink to find out.

Well, the thing is that those, ADD and ADHD are not really seen as a mental disorder but more of a way a person is and it's useless to take medication. it's belived more that you have too change yourself without meds but it's not really easy.

where are you getting this information? "disorder" is literally in the name. you can't force yourself to not have ADHD anymore through force of will, that's not how medical disorders work. your brain is just physically wired wrong.
it's very easily treatable with medication. trust me, i know from experience.

I know how things work where i am. I tried to explain it to a psychologist once but what i got is what i told you about it, i need to put my things together, work on myself , all will be alright and the rest of the bulsht i figured myself .

if a psychologist told you that, then you don't have ADD, you're probably just an unorganized person who needs to get their shit together
you're not trained in psychology so your self-diagnosis hardly holds any weight, but if it makes you feel better to pretend you have ADD then go for it
i'm not sure what advice you want here
do you just want advice on how to convince people you have a trivial disorder, or what?
