I have no problem whatsoever socializing with strangers in real life, but when I talk to people online I get anxious after a while.
Not really sure what causes it, so I'm not sure how to start dealing with it. Which is kind of a bummer, because there are some online communities I'd like to get into.
Wondering if any of you have ideas/insights on what the cause could be and/or how to get over it.

My intention wasn't to ditch real world socialization for online, there are just certain communities which can't easily be found by simply going outside.
But, you raise a valid point. Perhaps I should just count my blessings and accept that online communication will be somewhat troublesome at times.
