I don't understand it. Is it because I'm an autist? Doubtful cause conversations on dates always flow nicely. I can always get them to laugh a good amount and things seem pleasant enough. The way I see it, if I was an autist then I wouldn't get numbers from girls in the first place. Is it because I'm ugly? Well, I am an ugly fat waste of space but at the same time girls still give me their numbers and seem enthusiastic about a first date. Makes no sense to me why they'd go on a date in the first place if they weren't attracted to me; hell I wish I didn't get dates cause then I could just explain it by being an ugly fuck.

What reason could there be for getting ghosted every single time? Only thing I can think of is maybe its cause I always end dates with a hug and never go in for a kiss, but that seems a bit forward for only a first date, no? I just don't get it.

You gotta set up the second date while you're still on the first date. Something way more concrete than "we should do this again sometime." Definitely don't push it if you sense she's not on the same page though. Just keep it fun and casual. Low pressure. Just something like "Are you free next weekend? We could go do ___________ together."
