I need advice.

I always do this unconsciously, sometimes I realize that I'm projecting sometimes don't. It feels pretty lame.

I always have daydreams about me doing awesome stuff like being so good in all kinds of stuff. Like master musician, master this master that. Feeling like I could help anyone , puting me in the center of everything. I recognize and then feel bad about it. Also in my head I tend to overly dramatize everything. I daydream alot. Ocasianly I get really good contorting my egocentricity, talking with people nicely, going out and stuff but idk how to continue that. I also feel very anxious. Shit this post is getting bigger than expected. Anyhow, how to decrease/eliminate projections and egocentricity?
