Just remember you can't actually die from one
Also, when I'm having a real bad panic attack I close my eyes and count backwards from 100. Helps some
enjoy the fucked up rollercoaster ride.. find a vice or outlet for your anxiety... i drink heavily
Do something objective like go for a walk, wash dishes etc. Say to yourself symptoms or panics are distressing but not dangerous. Also check out this post below about Recovery International.
Recovery International offers training in a form of CBT in local group meetings and online. It's free, though donations are accepted at meetings. The main book they use is Mental Health Through Will Training by Dr. Abraham A. Low, Recovery's founder. Many local libraries have copies. I recommend it very highly. Their website is at http://www.recoveryinternational.org.
Good luck anon.

I used to have panic attacks daily it got to the point I was worried it would never go away. Stop trying to advance or accomplish things right away, take things slowly enjoy the moment, don't try to figure things out. Read a random book that keeps your attention. If you feel like your a burden to people close to you, small talk with strangers will calm you down. Don't analyze things for long, that is the source.
seriously (i mean really) decide to kill yourself, plan everything, buy necessary stuff, take maybe a week for it. keep having fun, doing what you like, but always remember you have no future, don't plan, you have only here and now. (but don't ruin your body tho, keep eating normally and taking pills if you have to)
by thus you should get different perspective on things and a week is, i guess, sufficient for it to stuck in your head firmly enough.
it depends on personality ofc, weather you can kill yourself without being depressed, just cos you decided to do so + maybe some background with psychology, therapy experience etc etc.
i didn't have PA, but i had severe anxiety and it helped a lot, like i'm the most calm person you've ever seen
