I got arrested and had my mugshot taken the driving with a suspended license (it was a complete surprise to me). Fingerprints and everything.

Getting arrested is stressful, shitty, can get around, sully your reputation and you look dumb for doing such an idiotic act or getting caught.

Not a lot of people are okay with getting their photo taken anyway. I'm not certain when mugshots are taken during the process but I'm certain it isn't fun to get your photo forcibly taken while the consequences of your dumbass decisions sink in.
