Are there any "gotchas" that most people forget to

Why would you hang yourself? So painful and slow. Takes minutes of agonising pain.

Don't kys btw but if you are going to i don't see why anybody does anything other than painkiller OD.

OD takes longer I think, I've tried accidentally hanging myself before, it was a kind of numb feeling and I was slowly passing out like falling asleep, if I didn't try to get up, that would've went all the way

I don't exactly have much going for me. I don't want kids my relationship with my girlfriend seems to be drawing to a close, I still live at home in my mid 20s without a job, have ADHD which was the reason I quit my previous job, don't have money to pay for ADHD meds, I've finished watching the series I want, I'm kind of at peace with leaving by now, I have a deadman's switch too so all relevant people will get an email so they have closure

I think what i meant was suffocate, i figured if i manage to suffocate myself and pass out while still hanging, i won't have to deal with the pain going forward
