Well without knowing the length of her cycle, let's assume it's 28 since that's average.

That means she's 11 days late which is abnormally long but it's not necessarily panic-mode yet.

It may be time to buy a pregnancy test just to be on the safe side.

There's still a number of reasons she could be late or even miss it entirely.
