Lately I've been at work and feel fine, then all of a sudden I feel like I'm disconnected from reality and shit isn't real. Th counters start moving slightly and I feel like im about to tilt over. I get blurry vision. Feels almost like some acid is wearing off even tho I don't take anything. The fuck is wrong with me

Could be a low blood sugar and you're diabetic.
Does any of this sound right?
feeling very thirsty
passing urine more often than usual, particularly at night
feeling very tired
weight loss and loss of muscle bulk
See a doctor. I was getting the tired one a lot, and feeling lightheaded/poor vision as you do.

I work at a ff restaurant and have actually even gaining weight. Never been checked for diabetes. I drink at night so passing urine at least once in the middle of the night I thought was normal. I drink and go to bed by at least 9:00 to be up by 5 for work and get off at 2

Just to be clear, I mean type 1 diabetes here. It could be type 2 but I'm not as familiar with that.

Once a night is probably fine. If it's really often, and particularly when you eat or drink something sugary, that could be an indicator as your body essentially can't digest sugar and has to just pee it out.

Anyway, I'd really suggest seeing a doctor as you can end up passing out/losing concentration and you don't want that when you're driving or cooking or something.

Next time it happens, try eating something sugary and see if that changes anything. Just take some small candy in your pocket or work locker if you have one.
