1) Get yourself together. Take your time, but collect yourself and find emotional stability.

2) Approach her and ask her if she meant it/call her out about the other dudes. She may have just come to the conclusion on how she feels about you recently. Have some self respect though, you yourself are a valuable person. You deserve respect and clear answers. Do not be rude, but assert your right when you confront her. First of all, OP not being the most muscular guy out there probably plays very little role in here. I'm still in love with my ex, who was pretty skinny fat.
