when is it appropriate to make a move on a girl if you feel you have been flirting with her and its going well

depends on the move. you can ask a girl out without knowing her more than thirty seconds in my experience.
but lets put it this way. if shes into you and you ask her for dinner is she going to say
>I TOTALLY WOULD HAVE SAID YES BUT YOU ASKED THREE DAYS TOO EARLY AND THATS NOT APPROPRIATE, NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE SECRET HOT GIRLS FACEBOOK GROUP AND TELL THEM TO NEVER DATE YOU TROLOLOLOL'
point im trying to make here is appropriate doesn't really exist. you like a girl, you make a move.

okay here is my full experience
>go to karaoke with 3 friend
>its just one big lounge with tables and stools for drinks we sit next to two girls her and her sister
>they tell me to come over because my other friends left to go choose a song and while they're gone we talk flirt
>she plays with my hair for a bit just ruffing it up cheers for me when i sing
>offers me a sip off her drink
>go outside to tell my friend that his song is up next
>security thinks i'm drunk despite walking normally and forming proper sentences so they make me wait outside for 15 minutes
>two girls leave but the chick i was flirting with gives me a hug before she goes
>during that time my friend hooked up with her sister twice

okay. like i said in the first post tho.

Come on guy, the time to make a move on her was when she made a move on you. Why couldn't you ask her when you could see her again after she gave you the hug?

also my move was going to be like kissing her that may have added extra interest and if she agreed to see me again it wouldn't be as friends and i feel like their were a thousand times i could have gone for it but was unsure if she wanted it to

then kiss her.
or ask her on a date and kiss her. it doesnt really matter.
