So as of late, my friends and I have had a debate. They think it's just as hard for them to find a straight girl they like as it is for me to find gay guys I like. But there are like 4 gay people here and most are too flamboyant for my liking. I've been growing more and more lonely as of late. I'm starting to think that i'll be alone forever. Is my lack of success finding someone who's gay and not over the top a result of my own lack of social skills? Or is it just a part of being gay?

There are some hobby-sport teams for gay people, at least here. Some small rainbow bracelet might be worth a shot.
Try to join some community within your own interests and things you enjoy to do.
