It depends entirely on how things are going so far. Since you had to ask us though I would say don't do it. If it was a good idea you wouldn't even need to ask. You are clearly feeling some doubt and you know her better than any of us.

Flowers are kind of a weird gift anyway. I would say only do it for special occasions (valentine's day, get well soon, if she's in a play or something), and even then you can probably find something better and more thoughtful.
I would say the only exception is if you're somewhere and someone walks around selling flowers. I've seen homeless people do this at romantic restaurants are nerds do it at renaissance faires and stuff. Then I think it's ok to buy a flower and give it to her.
