Last semester at uni starting in 10 days
If I get the lowest grades possible in all my classes that I need to graduate I'll still graduate with a 3.1. If I get all As I'll have a 3.4
Should I phone it in?

>Hello, Mr. Mister, here it says you "phoned it in" during your final semester, I also see you're classified as a virgin, care to explain
Do your best. You may decide to go to grad school later.

>thinking companies give a rats ass about gpa
I work as HR and got my first job (six fucking figures on my first job) with a 2.3 GPA (fuck you accounting, had it not been for those cancerous classes, I would have been at a 3.2 minimum). No one cares about your GPA. Sure it looks nice, but it doesn't mean shit. Only High School GPA matters since you need it for Uni. Uni GPA is useless for resumes. I'll take a guy with a year of being an intern over some twat with a 4.3 GPA any day of the week.
As to OP, semi check out. Just get through it. If you fell for the grad school meme, then try. Otherwise it doesn't matter.

Gee anon, but how do you think you get that internship in the first place? If you wanna work at a well sought after company the easiest way for them to filter applicants is through their GPA.
