When standing up my erect penis points up towards the celing at maybe a 45° angle from my stomach.
When laying down my erect penis flops down onto my stomach.
I'm 19, is this normal? Are my erections weak for my age?

What exactly are you expecting?
>>17939922
for my penis to point upwards whilst laying down and not flop down

Everyone has the connective tissues there set up differently so even if you're 100% erect there is no general rule where it should point. Each penis also curves differently at different amounts.
So unless your penis has weird bends (think sharp turns) that cause pain you don't need to worry.

maybe I'm wrong but I feel like my penis used to point upwards when laying down

Well, either try again while being fully aroused and see if that changes anything. Other than that I don't know what to tell you, maybe you had a growth spurt and it's too heavy now. Congratulations.

I'm probably just thinking too much into it. I had trouble maintaining an erection when I tried to have sex with my girlfriend for the first time yesterday but I think it was just psychological and me being a little nervous. Thanks for the reassurance.
My dick has a 90° angle, straight up.
You expect your dick to point upwards when standing and not touch your belly when you lay down?
This has nothing to do with erection strengh. And it it was like that, it would suck to do any position other then missionary and prone bone. The direction your boner points have minimal influence from the powert of your erection. My dick gets so hard it hurts, but it points like 60 degrees up and when I lay it touches my belly, and I can point it anywhere I want.
Tl;dr: don't worry with boner direction, as long as you have hard boners, you're good
