Just occupy your free time with things you enjoy or shit you need to get done. Get rid of any reminders of her. Focus on getting to a better state of mind.

when I can't get over someone, I use this weird mental technique. In your head, paint a portrait of that person, put the painting inside a room in a house. Then turn off the lights and exit the house.

I kind of use this to forget anything in general, people or situation, and it might only work for me... but give it a shot :)

You just have to go find things to do man. Some days it may be marathoning a tv show you like. Other days maybe you just go for a drive, put a puzzle together, cook a badass meal for yourself or something. Idk. Just find anything you can possibly do that takes your mind off it.

This likely isn't your last relationship, and you will likely go through this multiple times. It'd be a good idea to learn how to enjoy being alone. Besides, that in of itself can lead to many good things for you to come.

Go no contact. Seriously, Never ever reach out to her. Don't stalk her, including social media.

A few weeks of going cold turkey should help a lot. Then it will be much easier to get her off your mind.

I feel you. Trying to distract with vidya doesn't help much because you will always keep thinking of her and how much of a good time she's having without you while you're just fucking around with some pixels. Working out is a good way although after you're done, your she could still cross your mind. I'd say move on to a different girl.
