I think this really depends on the court.
E.g. No big city judge would allow evidence about being a former race car driver to enter into a case about shoplifting. May be relevant to stealing a car for a joyride if the case were different.
If the gf stole at work, the porn job might be relevant if there were signs that the gf stole from the set or defrauded the porn company.
I could see a rural judge allowing the porn stuff in the court if the prosecutor can find an excuse, like if she is accused of editing surveillance video and she edited her own porn clips.
Ultimately the gf would be crazy to try to skimp out on having a good lawyer for a felony charge. It may cost 10-20k but the hit that a felony charge does to your lifelong earnings is in the hundred of thousands of dollars.

Accused of robbery. But the girl that was caught on camera diff height etc. the clerk threw out my gfs name because she rejected him years ago. My gf was at work, clocked in, with surveillance showing so. But her name was thrown out first so they went after her without even asking questions or looking at any evidence.
One of the arresting officers was later fired on another incident for not looking at the big picture and just making random arrests. But his father is a judge she may potentially face who may try to make his son look good. The district is highly corrupt but is a big city area.
