It's not *too* old, but it is on the older side for a first job. Most people have at least worked a shitty wageslave job, or even just done something like a paper run or babysitting, by the time they're 20.

Not really. I was similar - helped my father with tree cutting and making lumber. If you can account for how often and how long you work (with details as to what you did and your capabilities) you might get hired doing something. If you find difficulty in the town you will move to, try to volunteer somewhere to boost your experience (or to show you're not a lazy fuck).
