How do you deal with hunger pangs? I have no food and I can't

Find something else to distract you until you forget about it.

There are a surprising amount of things that can be found in most kitchens that can be made into food even with very limited resources, though. Like just flour and water can make hardtack.

Smell some vinegar.

1. Chew lots of bubble gum
2. Swallow gum and it stays in stomach for 7 yrs

In all honesty, get a job where they feed you.. a lot of tech companies do this

I'd recommend drinking more water than usual. Try to nap, it'll pass more time. Honestly, I don't know how helpful it'd be but I'd consider eating a sheet of white paper or two, very very slowly. Just to have ANYTHING in your stomach.
