What do I do if I need tons of sleep to feel okay? Last night I slept 8-9 hours and i feel like shit. I usually sleep about 12 hours.

This is part of the reason you feel like shit. The more your sleep, the more you want to sleep. You need to set an alarm when you go to sleep. 8 hours a night is the maximum you should ever sleep barring some illness or injury. Ideally you should sleep for 6-7 hours.

Breakfast doesn't matter. Have a good diet and get exercise regularly and you will feel better regardless of what time of the day you eat. If you eat junk food and drink soda all the time, you'll constantly feel tired.

Breakfast isn't any more important than any other meal.

This faggot is right. When you get up, make yourself poached eggs on toast:

>add a splash of vineger as it helps to keep the egg together
>Simmer to appropriate firmness
>Eat
>wait 20 minutes
